Johnny and Favian

John is 22 and has been in the hospital for three years recovering from an explosion in Iraq. His truck was driving over an overpass and a suicide comber drove a truck under the bridge and blew it up. All the guys in John's truck had severed limbs. John didn't lose his leg for another year. He recently had surgery on his other foot hoping that it can be saved. He will eventually walk, but for now, he is in a chair.

John wanted to teach Favian to retrieve his cane. He's telling him to GET.


Favian picked it up.


and started to hand it to John...

Johnny told Favian to VISIT and he puts his head in John's lap. John tells him to GIVE then throws Favian a party because he did a great job.

We met Johnny's wife last night. She left for Ohio yesterday to find a house and they are moving back home. He's a great guy. Everyone loves all of The Boys.
