A Couple More for the Tadaki Fans

Tadaki's celebrity has risen in the last couple of weeks and his fans are asking for photos.

The single greatest invention in my lifetime has been the invention of the Swiffer. Our house has hardwood floors in the entire upstairs and when we first moved in, it took me 2 hours to sweep it. It was awful and I found myself planning my week around sweeping it every-other-day.

Once I started using the Swiffer, it only took minutes. It's kind of a weird phenonomen, but when kids come to my house, they want to play with my grabbers and sweep. "Go for it."

Now, Tadaki helps. We have two Swiffers so I broke one down so it is Tad size. He follows me around the house (because he won't leave my side) and cleans up his own shedding coat.

And, we are utilizing his TUG skills to take the garbage out every day. It's been about a week that he's been doing it and now, when I cinch up the bag, he gets up, grabs the ties and drags it to the garage without being asked. I love it and so does J.D.

On really hot days when the heat is unbearable I eat Otter Pops to cool me down. You see, I cannot sweat below my break point -- which is T2, or at my armpits. You'd think that would be a welcome thing for a woman -- not to sweat. But there is no way for me to cool off unless I sit in a cold shower, or drench myself with the hose, or go to the freezer section of the grocery store (done all that). So every few days I eat Otter Pops.

Deacon and Tadaki love them too. Tadaki prefers the orange ones. Deacon likes blue. I won't eat purple. I break it up inside the plastic and feed it into his mouth so he won't choke on the plastic. Then he takes it to the trash can when he's finished.
